Finally, the entire series will be available on DVD from Episode 1 all the way through to Episode 692 with initial episodes available from October 21st 2006.
Volumes 1 - 33 will be comprised of 4 DVDs each, Volumes 34 - 39 will be comprised of 6 DVDs each and the final volume 40 will contain 5 DVDs.

The DVDs will be housed in a standard DVD case with a slick. There will
be no booklet in any of the volumes. Each DVD will feature 4 episodes
in numerical order. The Volumes will be released over a period of time
with the first two scheduled for release on October 21st 2006. Volume
1 will feature episodes 1 to 16 and Volume 2 will feature episodes 17
to 32. Bonus features include an audio commentary from Prisoner producer
Ian Bradley on Episode One, a gallery of episode photos from the Grundy
archives, interactive games and more.

What TV format will the DVDs be?
The DVDs will be PAL format.
What region will the DVDs be?
The DVDs will all be Region 0 and as such will play on all DVD players
that can play PAL.
Will the DVDs play in North America?
You will only be able to play the DVDs if your equipment can play PAL
format DVDs.
Will the DVDs be released in the UK?
It is possible that some or all of the Volumes and the Box Set will be
released in the UK but there is no release date scheduled for any of the
DVDs at this stage. Only orders for Volumes placed through Val Lehman’s
website will be autographed by Val Lehman and only orders placed through
Val Lehman’s website will have their Box Set numbered.
Will the DVDs be released in North America or
any other country?
At this stage there are no plans to release Prisoner Cell Block H in any
other country.
If I am interested in purchasing the Box Set
do I need to pre-order and pay $100 now?
No, you do not need to pre-order but only customers who pre-order will
have their Box Sets numbered via Val Lehman’s website. Customers
who place orders after the Box Set has been released via the site will
still have their booklets autographed.
Are the releases limited?
Whilst the releases are not limited to a certain number of copies, an
undertaking of this size cannot be kept available indefinitely. It is
highly recommended that fans get involved now so as to avoid disappointment
later.
Are there subtitles?
